Parts Administrator Wanted

Based in Sturbridge


Temp to Perm Role

ASAP Start Available

The Parts Administrator is responsible for the;

·  Maintaining up-to-date Spare Parts Lists, Exploded Diagrams & Price Lists;

·  Liasing with Suppliers in respect of Revisions & Errors, Queries identified

·  Dealing with Enquiries from Engineers

·  Dealing with Enquiries from Internal Staff

·  Creating Spare Parts Records

·  Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Stock levels

·  Raising Spare Parts Purchase Orders on Suppliers

·  Sending Purchase Orders

·  Chasing deliveries

·  Expediting deliveries

·  Arranging logistics (in Container, by Air, Groupage)

Successful Candidates will have

·  Previous experience within a similar role

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Good attention to detail

·  Can do attitude

The above role will be on a temp to perm basis. Hours of work will be 9am to 5pm.
