Our client, a well known and successful organisation are recruiting a part time Student Worker Operations Assistant, working hours committing to 2x4 hours session per week, start ASAP, duration 9 months, sal £10ph-£11ph, location Holborn.

Incredible opportunity for a student to learn the eCommerce landscape from many different perspectives. Our client is seeking a naturally curious and entrepreneurial student worker with an interest in eCommerce to join their London Special Project's team. This team is responsible for creating and growing an innovative new project that will inform larger company decisions.

What is eCommerce Operations?
eCommerce Operations is responsible for ensuring our day to day business is running efficiently.
Your responsibility is to ensure that products are available to customers, orders arrive on time, and that our internal records are synchronized.

Key Responsibilities
- The role has 3 core responsibilities: (1) Operations, (2) Marketing and social media and (3) Research.
- Required to work with limited supervision to complete daily processes and activities.
- Supporting Business Managers with internal and external assignments, including liaising with partners, colleagues, and customers.
- Documenting, fixing, and raising inefficiencies in the way we do work.
- Researching ecommerce trends and value-chain alternatives to make valuable recommendations.
- Embracing the the clients culture: Every voice is heard.
- Committing to 2 x 4 hours session per week

Basic Qualifications
*Preferably final year (2018) in a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Economics or Science
*Interest/experience in ecommerce
*Strong analytical capabilities with an interest in numbers and processes
*Understanding of E-Commerce and retail
*Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills (English)
*Entrepreneurial/ keen interest in developing businesses
*Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
*Experience with Microsoft Excel
