Our client, a prestigious organisation based on the outskirts of Chelmsford are currently recruiting a Corporate Part Time Receptionist to join their front of house team.
The objective of the role is to manage the front of house reception area whilst ensuring an outstanding customer service experience is being delivered at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting
Answering incoming calls via a switchboard
Providing refreshments for clients
Booking meetings and organising refreshments
Ensuring a clean and tidy reception area
To make the position a success you must have a professional telephone manner, be highly presentable, have a positive outlook and approach and understand the importance of providing first class customer services.
Salary £10 - £10.50 per hour
Part time hours - Thursday and Fridays - 9am - 6.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 6pm and Sundays 10 - 4pm
