PART TIME RECEPTIONIST

Victoria, London

Salary: up to 24k - pro rata

Working hours: Mon - Fri 11:30-14:30

A great opportunity has arisen for a talented Receptionist, who is looking to work on a Part Time basis. My client is a high growth copper company focused on large scale, low cost open pit mining in central Asia. They are looking for an organised Receptionist, to provide assistance with the efficient running of the Reception area and with general ad hoc duties.

DUTIES:

1. Maintain an immaculate, polished appearance and corporate dress code at all times
2. Manage all incoming switchboard phone calls between 11:30 - 14:30
3. Monitor the Reception mailbox messages and communicate responses promptly
4. Look after and maintain the Reception desk, visitor seating space, kitchen and post room
5. Greet visitors and contractors, assist with managing meeting room bookings, room set up and clearance, update the online visitor system
6. Manage post distribution and requests
7. Organise delivery and courier services
8. Carry out routine inventory checks on Reception, kitchen and office supplies
9. Make taxi booking arrangements for London office employees; maintain detailed records of all bookings made
10. Report office equipment faults (e.g. photocopiers, drinks machines); generate communications and updates to employees regarding faulty items
11. Provide admin support for the PA to the Chair, CEO and CFO
12. Provide ad-hoc general office admin support
13. Provide office maintenance admin assistance: report reactive job requests and day-to day building issues to the landlord maintenance team.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* previous experience as corporate Receptionist & Admin Assistant / Executive PA/TA / Office Manager used to juggling a wide scope of tasks
* Experience of MS Office packages: intermediate / advanced Outlook, intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint and very accurate attention to all details of admin work
* An excellent telephone manner, a pleasant, welcoming manner and be confident when dealing with visitors
* Must be fluent in written and spoken English with advanced literacy and comprehension skills
* Previously held First Aid at Work and Fire Marshall training certificates are desirable but not essential
