This is a part-time, permanent role - based on reception, meeting and greeting visitors, creating photo ID badges and issuing security passes.
You will be responsible for undertaking Health and Safety audits, testing fire alarms and collating meter readings.
In addition you will be undertaking general maintenance duties including changing light bulbs, completing minor repairs, painting etc.
Candidates should have previous experience in a building maintenance role and basic plumbing, electrical and joinery skills.
