This is a part time role working for a charitable organisation based just outside High Wycombe. The Coordinator will be responsible for developing, updating and creating contact on the organisation's website and other digital media platforms.

The key purpose of the Digital Communications Coordinator is to work with the communications team to develop the organisation's website and digital media platforms in order to increase visibility and communicate the aims of the charity.

The main responsibilities include daily management of social media communications, managing all day to day activity across social media channels, website and online marketing. Supporting the Head of Communications to develop digital media strategies and resources. Assisting in developing and managing audio and video uploads and channels. Using digital media to grow audiences and increase engagement.

Managing the end to end email process and producing effective digital advertising. Supporting and assisting with the digital media side of the lottery process, and other administrative duties with the organisation.

This is a part time role working 22 and a half hours per week - ideally 3 days a week but with flexibility. The successful candidate will need excellent working knowledge of digital media, online engagement and analytics, excellent IT skills, a full UK driving licence, along with strong organisational and planning skills and good communication skills.
