On behalf of my well established client based in Middlewich, I am looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their existing friendly team. You will be responsible for processing orders, accurately and efficiently, deal with orders from initial contact though to customer receipt, dealing with inbound phone calls, emails, internet and social media together with other general admin tasks. The successful applicant will be willing to learn, have a dynamic 'can-do' attitude, excellent IT skills. Able to communicate at all levels. Ability to multi-task, managed own time and work to deadlines.
