Customer Service- Temporary
£10.43 p/h Preston Mon-Fri 3pm-6pm (15 hours p/w)

You will be the first point of contact for candidates and prospective candidates providing support and guidance through the entire candidate journey in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Acountabilities & Tasks

* Provide a friendly and welcoming service at all times, by assisting with queries in relation to candidate enrolments and certificates.
* To action special requests, ID anomalies and other exception reports accurately in one working day.
* Review ID documents required for an exam through the ID and registration check product following Trinity's ID policy.
* To ensure the exam materials for the next day's sessions are generated by 4.00pm.
* Follow company's DPA policy when speaking to candidates over the phone when handling personal information.
* Record relevant contact with candidates or their representatives using the 'notes' function.
* To input or cross check data accurately including but not restricted to candidates.
* Provide information to Centre Managers when necessary.
* To promote the availability of additional products i.e. Study Packs and Special Delivery
for candidates when given the opportunity.
* Act on and raise to a Team Leader, any complaints or feedback received via the
phones, e mail or through social media.
* Use a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and
maintain spread sheets/records/timetables etc.
* To be responsible for raising any identified training needs to the relevant team leader or
manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required

Education/Qualification - Good level of general education etc GCSE's)
Job Related Knowledge - Understanding of customer service ethos and provision of customer
excellence. First class communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
Essential Skills - Ability to portray a professional image at all times and in challenging situations.
Robust communication.
