The Contracts Administrator role is working for a medical services company - the primary function is to support the Clinical Services Department with administrative work in relation to existing business retention and new business opportunities, in particular dealing with all the administration of tenders and contracts and related tasks.

A good working knowledge of Excel is essential, along with good IT skills in general as you will be working with various IT systems.

Good customer service skills are necessary as the role involves dealing with telephone contacts both in the company and in the wider business community and partners. Email and postal responses to customer queries.

The hours are 30 hours per week - 9am to 5pm four days a week.
