Our client, a leading University based in central London are currently looking for an Alumni Mentoring Coordinator to start ASAP.

·  Location: Holborn, London

·  Pay: £15.38 per hour

·  Type: Part-Time, 2 days per week (between Mon-Thurs), 9am-5pm

·  Duration: Until End of July

·  Start date: ASAP

In this role your accountability's and responsibilities:

·  Communicate with alumni and students on the mentoring programme.

·  Work with the Faculty Communications Team to design and manage communications to alumni, students and internal stakeholders about the mentoring programme.

·  Gain expertise on mentoring delivery and project management and share with other stakeholders as needed.

·  Achieve ambitious KPIs for the recruitment and retention of alumni mentors and student mentees.

·  Design and conduct programme evaluation to measure impact against key objectives

·  Deliver a mentoring event for the Nursing Mentoring Programme and evaluate progress and impact.

·  Attend events, workshops and induction sessions as required to increase the profile of the programme.

·  Provide support to overall mentoring initiatives around the university, including events, communications, content creation and online platform management.

·  Support as needed on tasks across the Alumni Relations team.

·  To attend and represent the team at university events

·  To uphold and promote the department's Core Values and Culture

Person Specification:

·  Educated to A Level standard

·  Ability to communicate an organisation ethos positively, clearly and effectively in all communications written and spoken

·  Computer literate (Word, Outlook, Excel)

·  Analytical skills to gather data insights and design programming around findings

·  Strong organisational skills

·  Previous event or administrative experience

·  Ability to communicate effectively with senior colleagues, peers and alumni

·  An interest in volunteering, events and fundraising in a higher education context
