PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A LONG TERM TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS. �9.89 PER HOUR, BASED IN SWINDON TOWN CENTRE.

To accurately administer the financial administration to support the entire programme of activity of the charity team within our major blue chip client. The role will be working Monday-Friday, 4hrs per day between the hours of 10am-5pm.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Accurate and timely data input into various in house systems and excel
- Accurate processing of regular and ad hoc charitable deductions from salaries, external donors and standing order giving.
- Accurate processing of all regular Gift Aid transactions for our internal funds.
- Run monthly reports
- Accurate recording, checking and processing of banking forms, cash & cheques received. Matching and paying out for Divisions, Locations and events. (Ensuring all audit requirements are met).
- Administer and run the monthly lottery, record and communicate monthly winners and raise their cheque payments.
- Accurate processing of Grant applications from charity applications. Producing cheques and letters to successful applicants for all of our Grant schemes.
- Accurate and regular completion of reconciliations. Any differences investigated and resolved/singed off.
- Annual Challenge Admin (fundraising in from teams and expenses paid out + despatch of Challenge goods)
- Accurate Admin for all National Charity Day fundraising and payments (eg Red Nose day) and ad hoc DEC disaster appeals.
- Preparation and issue of information on fundraising, grant giving and other key information to Charity Co-ordinators and/or Programme managers

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Good organisation skills and ability to deal effectively with conflicting priorities
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Numerate
- Experienced in administration processes and functions
- Good communication skills to be able to deal with a wide range of telephone and e-mail queries.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Good accuracy levels and attention to detail
- Ideally experience in a financial administration function
- Ideally experience of reconciliations

The role is is based within a major blue chip company and is a very short walking distance of Swindon bus station and train station, with an on-site Coffee Shop and Restaurant. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
