The job role consists of the following duties
· Purchase Ledger invoices & credit note processing
· Preparing Bacs payments
· Maintenance of Nominal Ledger
· Bank transaction processing
· Maintain Debtor & Creditor records
· Balance Sheet Reconciliations including Bank recs
· Supplier statement reconciliations and dealing with supplier queries
· Credit control
· Maintain Intercompany ledgers
· Collating monthly overtime & expenses summaries and other payroll tasks as required
· Supporting the FC in preparing month end/year end accounts
· Monitor stock prices and assist in stock counts as required
· Liaise with staff on Finance matters
· Assist with Sales Ledger processing
· Analysis of Transport costs
· General administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
