Part Time Office Support Assistant

£22,000 -£24,000 (pro rata)

Monday - Saturday ( 8.00am -1.30pm)

Based in Central London

The Role: We're looking for dynamic, motivated individual with a passion for customer success to join a friendly team based in Central London

You will be the first contact for the majority of our customers, ensuring they receive the best service and optimise our product to its full potential. You will be responsible for scheduling, seeing this aspect through to completion as booked and any customer requests that are associated with that. You must be flexible, calm under pressure and always be able to find the right solution.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Responsible for the efficient scheduling and verification of all our customers' orders

·  Work with senior members of the field team to ensure all scheduled orders are completed and any problems that arise are dealt with swiftly

·  Managing EPC orders and ensuring they are delivered to the customer within agreed SLA's

·  Assisting and training customers on how to use our product to its full potential

l ● Filtering and allocating customers requests to the correct team and ensuring they are completed within agreed SLA's

·  Monitoring and managing complaints from cause to resolution

·  Keep accurate records of all customer contact through relevant CRM systems Key Attributes:
