Temporary role for 12 months

Adecco are currently recruiting for 4 Customer and Admin Support candidates to work within the Parking Department for The London Borough of Croydon Council, to be an effective officer providing the below to all stakeholders ranging from investigating and responding appropriately to Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) representations, Debt registration and Permits.

To contribute towards a highly professional team delivering the Parking Penalty Enforcement Process (PCN cycle) by making consistent accurate decisions based on the council's policy and the customer's circumstances, including any mitigation.

To manage own case load ensuring required outputs for efficient and effective working are met.

Must have penalty charge notice experience in order to be considered for an interview.
