A local high end manufacturing company in Colchester are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Co-ordinator to work in their Sales Department.

Duties of the job:-

- Ensure all parcels are prepared for daily courier collection and record consignment references numbers.

- When necessary packages items for posting.

- Ensuring all letters and small packets are prepared for daily Royal Mail collection.

- Add on posting text and release CPO order types for invoicing.

- Ensure all fabric samples requested are fulfilled and posted out daily.

- Maintain fabric sample stocks, removing discontinues fabrics, adding in new fabrics, and labelling cut samples.

- Maintain accurate swatch figures and send out a weekly stock report to identify any shortages.

- Undertake a check of every swatch batch assembled to ensure all swatches are correctly assembled and labelled.

- Assemble swatches as and when required.

- Assist with adhoc duties and ensure Health and Safety is importance to all staff.

37 hours per week

Temp to Perm for the right candidate.
