Adecco Poole are assisting a successful local manufacturing business with their search for a Paint Shop Supervisor.

The role will be to oversee the paint shop whilst also spraying items yourself. You will be involved in all aspects of spraying, prepping, running the team and ensuring quality.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of paint finishing processes and procedures.

This role is based on a temp to perm basis and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm and a shorter day on a Friday. Overtime is available at an enhanced rate.

Pay rate £14 p/h.
