Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln are looking for a PA & Admin Support to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.
The key responsibilities of the job role are:
* Provide administration and secretarial support to the IT Management team
* Organise regional and department meetings and prepare and circulate papers as necessary
* Process IT invoices, control the IT maintenance spread sheet and monitoring of revenue and expenditure.
* Monitor administration systems including annual leave, timesheets, sickness, personnel whereabouts and expense claims
* Arrange training courses and travel and accommodation for staff within the budgets
* Answering incoming phone queries and dealing with them in a professional manner
To be considered for this role you will need:
* To have a strong admin background
* Be highly proficient in Outlook calendars
* Have good Excel skills - tables/Formulas
* Be a confident Microsoft Office user
* Good organisational skills
* Previously working background in minute taking is desirable
The role is a full time role working Monday to Friday covering 40 hours per week, it is a temporary role for initially 3 months but potentially could go on longer.
