We're currently recruiting for an outgoing, confident candidate to join a hugely respected medical services company.
The Role:
Working as part of a busy, friendly team, you'll be 'phoning existing customers to take their orders and tell them about offers and products where appropriate.
You'll also be building a relationship with your customer as you speak to them regularly, answering any queries and ensuring overall service satisfaction.
You will need to demonstrate:
- Experience of handling customer queries over the phone
- Working within a targeted / KPI driven position
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in writing
- the ability to talk to customers with confidence, empathy and flexibility
- that you can work as part of a team
