Operations Administrator- £18k+ DOE

Our client, a rapidly growing local company, currently require a highly diligent & efficient operations administrator to work within their local offices.

With a high attention to detail, ability to prioritise own workload & provide a first class customer service to both clients and customers, the successful applicant will:

·  complete tasks as and when required, - efficiency,

·  keep other team members updated with task progress - communication,

·  follow current processes & procedures (but feel comfortable sharing any potential process improvements) -diligence,

·  ensure the client's and customer's needs/requirements are consistently met and surpassed.

In order to be successful, candidates must possess outstanding administration and organisational skills, advanced IT skills and the ability to get things done.

An experience of property lettings/sales would be advantageous.

Role: Operations Admin Location: Lancaster area Position: Permanent Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (flexibility to involve working some weekends).
