Adecco recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an Office and Warehouse Administrator based in the Aztec area of Bristol. Our client, a worldwide distribution and fulfilment hub are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic staff member to join their small and friendly team. With attractive working hours of 8am- 4:30pm and Salary of £18k per year.
- Support the warehouse team with processing invoices and orders
- Assisting with quotations and bookings
- Be a first point of contact and answering all incoming calls
- Liaison with facilities to ensure annual checks are carried out
- General administration duties
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Using initiative when working
- Good understanding of Microsoft offices, e.g Word and Excel
