Candidate should have following ascribes:

- Coordinatingofficeactivities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

- Supervising administrativestaff and dividingresponsibilitiesto ensure performance.

- Keep stock ofofficesupplies and place orders when necessary

- Presentable, work under pressure

- Manage travel arrangements/ hotel bookings

- Manage office events

- Manage database for filing

- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Must have very good organizing, planning skills and MS Office.
