Working for an established business based in Northwich, my client is looking for an experienced sales administrator who possesses strong order processing and customer service skills to join their small, friendly sales team.

Duties will include:

* Processing sales orders received from customers daily ensuring accuracy of product codes, quantities etc

* Being the first point of contact for any customer queries such as product damages, late deliveries etc

* Issuing daily picking notes to the production team

* Liaising with various departments to resolve any customer queries

* Raising invoices for customers

* Dealing with client enquiries such as stock availability, delivery dates, prices etc

* Processing credits and organising replacement goods where needed

* All other office administration as required

The ideal candidate will have similar office experience from a manufacturing/distribution company background.

You will possess excellent data entry and communication skills.

Hours of work are : (37.5 hours per week ) Mon- Thurs 8.30am - 5.30pm Fri 8.30am -1.00pm with 45 minutes lunch
