OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
HAZEL GROVE
This company is a growing international packaging supply company based in Hazel Grove. They are looking for an Office Administrator with office environment experience and a very personable attitude to fit within a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right applicant to pursue a career within Office / Sales Administration. The diverse role will include a variety of administrative tasks and will require someone with a level of maturity and a professional attitude towards work.
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing office based support to the whole team
· Performing general administration tasks: logging data, filing, ordering stationery, booking in couriers, opening mail, office keeping
· Dealing with incoming telephone calls in a professional and pleasant manner
· Working alongside the Sales Support Co-ordinator
· Updating internal (order production) and external (customer) reports
Role Progression:
· Responsible for inputting customer orders accurately ensuring they are processed quickly and efficiently (will be trained)
· Providing sales support to account managers
· Building solid relationships with customers and suppliers via phone and e-mail
Essential Skills:
· Highly organised with excellent communication skills
· Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and databases (will be trained on order processing system)
· Ability to communicate at all levels
· Reliable and flexible
· Has great attention to detail & initiative
· Ability to prioritise and work both independently and within a team
· Keen interest in business administration
Salary : between £15,000 & £16,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-17.00
