Our client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their expanding team. You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, be a team player and have the ability to prioritise your workload as working to tight deadlines is fundamental in this role.

Other Key Skills required by you are as follows:

-General filing and administration work as required
-Checking former schedules against drawings prior to order
-To assist with filing including health and safety documents
-Compile and update order book for invoicing
-Checking revised drawings against schedules and amending as required
-Keeping drawing registers up to date with revised drawings
-Creating and issuing variation orders to customers
