Job Title: Office Administrator
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting marketing and branding company based in Hatfield. They are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join there team. This role will be a demanding role which requires an individual with a high level of data and process management skills, who can quickly build meaningful relationships with the onsite team.
●Work as an extension of the client's team.
●Build trust through pro-activeness and technical support
●Be approachable at all times with a willingness to listen and solve issues.
●Managing the clear and consistent updates of systems
●Supporting communication between the commercial teams and packaging department
●Keep the client's onsite management tools up to date
●Manage production workflow through amends and ensure that all information is entered accurately and completed in full.
●Support priority workload through production, liaising closely with the production hubs and Account Manager.
●Raise any issues whether client, production or team related, to the Account Manager.
Skills & Experience
●Strong organisational skills along with ability to multi task.
●Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
●Excellent Excel, word & power point skills
●Excellent minute taking ability
●Excellent attention to detail.
●Flexible and hardworking.
●A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.
●Smart appearance and professional attitude.
●Approachable and trustworthy.
●Mac or PC Literate.
●Knowledge of Print & the Print processes
●Knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging.
