I am currently recruiting for an Experienced Receptionist to work in a medical practise based in Woolton, Liverpool. This is a really lovely role for someone who has experience working in a GP practise or office based experience working in Health care. This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months with the likelihood of extension.
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-6:30pm (on a rota)
· Answering inbound patient calls
· Booking, cancelling and re arranging appointments
· Communicating with patients face to face and via telephone
· Working behind a reception desk
· Booking patients in when they arrive for appointments
· Scanning documents into the system
· Checking and updating patient records
· Processing prescriptions
· Summarising knowledge is beneficial
Must be able to pass a DBS check
