Are you looking to embark on or have you recently begun your career in Marketing and looking for a new exciting opportunity?

My Winchester based client are looking to take on a new marketing assistant to support their Marketing Manager.

You will be part of the marketing team that supports their corporate and sales goals, and clearly communicates the brand, values and credibility to all stakeholders.

This is a varied role and you will have the opportunity to get involved and gain experience in all aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities:

This role will include, but not be limited to:

·  Acting as a brand ambassador alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure that all materials (both internal and external), are produced within the company's visual identity guidelines, and ensuring that all messaging reflects the company's brand image, positioning and personality.

·  Updating the company website, including blog and product information pages.

·  Assisting the execution of the content marketing plan, including writing and publishing blog posts, social media posts, e-shots and newsletter articles.

·  Providing support in the creation of collateral including presentations, product catalogues, videos, case studies, product labels and technical specification sheets.

·  Assisting the sales team with qualifying leads.

·  Setting up online webinars and site visits for customers and other stakeholders.

·  Managing the supply of branded gifts.

·  Undertaking analysis of the return on investment of our marketing activities, including website, social media channels, marketing campaigns and e-shots.

·  Maintenance of the Marketing area on SharePoint, ensuring the site is kept fully up to date and includes all relevant templates and marketing materials which are easy to find.

·  Invoice processing, tracking and administration.

Skills:

·  This role would suit someone wanting to embark on, or who has recently begun, a career in marketing. A varied role in a small team, you will have the opportunity to get involved and gain experience in all aspects of marketing.

·  An eye for detail and strong written skills are essential, as well as experience in using Microsoft Office. The right candidate will be organised, self-motivated and able to juggle a variety of tasks.

·  A creative flair and an interest and experience in simple graphic design would be beneficial but is not essential.
