Part Time Marketing Assistant
£19,500 Pro-Rata
Kingswinford

Your Duties:
Report to the European Marketing Manager
Liaise with internal Departments and external Engineers and Sales Managers
Carry out Tasks on CRM
Generate Target Lists
Create regular Email Blasts
Design Catalogues and Brochures
Continuously improve and develop the Website
Carry out Market Researches and Analysis
Create monthly Sales Stats if required
Attend regular Marketing Meetings
Organise Exhibitions and support Customers with In-House Shows
Attend European Exhibitions if required
Adhere to required Paperwork and Reporting Procedures
Monitor our Monthly Management Reports (MMR)
Add visit reports for one of our Regional Sales Managers (3 months trial period)

Our Expectations:
Knowledge of CRM systems
Understanding of Distribution Networks
Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good Knowledge of MS Publisher and PDF Editor
Marketing Certificate or Degree
