MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A LONG TERM TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT UNTIL THE END OF 2018. £16.81 PER HOUR, BASED IN SWINDON.

The successful candidate will be working with the marketing department assisting the team with administrative duties and will need to have excellent attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and be a team player.

Main Accountabilities:

Using existing templates to create member communications

Editing and proofreading

Adhering to robust processes and supporting controls

Instructing and liaising with third party artworkers

Drafting customer communications explaining regulatory and business changes and responding to queries and questions arising form these communications

Understanding brand and tone of voice requirements and ensuring activity is executed within these guidelines

The role is is based within a major blue chip company and is a very short walking distance of Swindon bus station and train station, with an on-site Coffee Shop and Restaurant. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
