My client is currently recruiting for a Management Information Analyst with a maximum salary of £23K.

This is a permenent role based in Liverpool and the details are below;

Role Profile:

·  Responsible for producing meaningful, accurate Service Reports across several B contracts.

·  Review and analyse data from components, systems and sub-systems in order to obtain true end to end service reporting.

·  Provide ad hoc MI (Management Information) as required.

·  Provide recommendations based on data obtained.

·  Monitoring and delivering trends to ensure focus on adding insight.

·  Responsible for maintaining and creating documentation.

·  Meticulous attention to detail at all times.

·  Ability to organise and prioritise day to day workload.

Typical Deliverables :

·  Responsible for producing high quality Service Reports from raw data.

·  Provide Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicator data.

·  Present Reports to internal and external stakeholders.

·  Responsible for the continual development of key metrics to assist in improving the overall service provided.

·  Reporting will include but not be limited to the following:

·  a) Performance Reports - Incident Management reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).

·  b) Problem Management Reports.

·  c) Customer/Department specific problem management reports.

·  d) 3rd Party performance reports.

·  e) Analysis of 3rd party performance statistics.

·  f) Assisting with verification Audits of CI's, ensuring accuracy of configuration items.

·  g) Assisting with status accounting reports.

·  h) Customer Satisfaction Reports

·  i) Ad hoc reports

·  j) Internal performance monitoring

·  Responsible for data quality held within the Service Management System, Remedy.

·  Responsible for creating new and updating existing documentation.

·  Work closely with the Stakeholders and Customers to streamline services in line with ITIL.

·  Self-development, attending appropriate health and safety, ITIL, risk assessment training courses and sitting exams where required.

Business Operations Skills - Experience:

·  Previous experience of working with MI systems to interrogate data and produce accurate meaningful reports.

·  Analytical skills.

·  Good understanding of database environments and data formats.

Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:

·  5 GCSEs or equivalent at C or above including Mathematics and English.

Behavioural Requirements:

·  Ability to organise and prioritise day to day workload.

·  Capable of dealing with Customers and Stakeholders.

·  Working cohesively within a team, yet also comfortable to work alone.

·  Can demonstrate an innovative approach to tasks.

·  An energetic, adaptable to change, positive attitude.

·  Tenacious - finds ways around difficult problems by not giving up.
