Main Responsibilities:
* Emergency order management
* Sales Order Processing
Duties and Responsibilities
* To take ownership of all emergency orders received from online portal or email from an engineer to the point where the items have been delivered.
* Process 3rd party orders on Dynamics system
* Order emergency parts from non Xerox suppliers
* Expedite outstanding emergency orders
* Generate picking paperwork for warehouse
* Respond to engineer requests for couriers & collections, Pod's
* Provide engineers/customers with ETA's
* Resolution of order discrepancies
* Process orders from Sales department
* Raise purchase orders for Sales orders
* Process consumable orders for holiday/sickness cover
* Any ad hoc duties, filing, archiving etc..

Working Hours - Monday- Friday 9-5 with � hour lunch or until 5.30pm with hour lunch
