A leading Publisher located in London, is looking for an individual with logistic experience to join a small but very busy logistics department.

In this role you will provide operational support for the distribution management of our publications in different markets (UK, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and others) whilst ensuring a smooth flow of product throughout the supply chain.

Reporting to the Distribution & Logistics Manager, the key focus areas are:

·  Stock movement

·  Database management

·  Data analysis

·  Cost control

·  Administration

The successful candidate will ideally have a background in a logistics and supply chain role. Experience in the publishing industry is desirable, however candidates with a good knowledge of operational planning will be given due consideration.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills / attributes:

·  Attention to detail

·  Organisation

·  A good working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)

·  Numeracy

·  Excellent communication

·  Flexibility
