Job Role: Legal Secretary -Residential Conveyancing
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Finchley
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

They are looking for someone who has:

·  Solid Residential Conveyancing experience

·  Experience with a case management system

·  Longevity

·  Typing speed of 75-80 wpm

·  Excellent verbal and written skills

·  The willingness to be an all-rounder whilst remaining professional and personable

·  To be friendly and a team member

Company details:
My client was found in 1994. The firm was set up to provide a "West End" type of personal and commercial practice with time to listen to client's requirements and provide sound commercial advice. This is provided in locations designed to provide better value for money to clients.
Commercial landlord and tenant work underpinned the practice in the early years but we have since developed a speciality in consumer Credit Act secured lending from their busy office. At the same time the firm provides a strong presence in commercial and property litigation and all aspects of commercial and residential property together with family law, wills and probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
