Our client is looking for a candidate who has experience within legal, preferably family, however this is not essential. This is a 9 months fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Wanting a candidate to start ASAP.

·  Location: Canterbury

·  Salary: £20,500 - £21,000

·  Working days : Monday - Friday

·  Working hours: Office Hours

·  Duration of contract: 9 Months fixed term

Requirements :

·  Organised

·  Ability to work under pressure

·  Happy to work with people

·  Ability to speak with people over the phone

·  Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential

·  'Family' Legal experience would be beneficial but not essential

Duties:

·  Filing/Paperwork

·  Providing full secretarial support to the partner

·  Dealing with client queries

·  Excellent telephone manner

·  Preparation of correspondence and documents by audio typing via the digital dictation system

·  Organising diaries and diary notes

·  Regular consideration of client files

·  Occasional reception duties

·  Office administration duties
