My client is looking for an experienced individual to build on the lettings and management side of the business. Working on behalf of the directors you will monitor the lettings and management process from start to finish whilst also monitoring the letting team and property managers performances. You will also be responsible for conducting property viewings and valuations, as well as attend existing and prospect landlord meetings.

The main duties of this role will be:

- Conduct property viewings
- Conduct property valuations and negotiate landlord profiles in order to achieve a larger portfolio
- Monitor letting teams performances
- Liaise with directors on staff performance, market updates and any issues for concern
- Deal with staff training and appraisals
- Maintain a strong rapport with all landlords
- Dealing with walk ins, emails and telephone enquires
- Oversee and contribute to any marketing ideas and campaigns
- Ensuring staff are updating company website/window displays with current properties
- Promote additional services to existing clients and customers

The successful candidate will:

- Driving license and own car
- 2 years lettings or sales experience
- Experience of building rapports with clients and customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated and strong work ethic
- Target driven
- Confident
