Junior Financial Analyst

You will be supporting the company's financial models and processes by ensuring financial information is accurate and can be used in a timely manner. This is a highly analytical role, working across all areas of the business. You are bright, resourceful and eager to make an impact. You may not have years' of experience under your belt, but make up for that with grit, problem-solving and a strong aptitude for getting things done.
You will
Support the account and transformation annual forecasting, budgeting & long-term strategic planning processes
Support the production of management reports and ad-hoc financial presentations
Assist in the development of clear, logical models for ongoing financial analysis
Create BI tool for PMs through report building, and drive user adoption through partnering with the Transformation leads to understand their reporting requirements
Manage and manipulate data (excel & BI tool) from a variety of sources to ensure data integrity
Perform data reconciliations
Support the Transformation team with any other key objectives
Requirements
Part-Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Good Excel skills and willingness to learn further; Excel forms are a significant part of the role
Excellent communication and presentational skills with the ability to adapt your message to different stakeholders (financial and non-financial)
Ability to solve problems with a logical approach
Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritise effectively and to deliver to agreed deadlines Analytical thinking
Proactive, looking to improve continuously
Attention to detail
Driven, self-starter seeking a challenge and willingness to learn and contribute to the team
Knowledge of BI tools, Salesforce & SQL would be an advantage
