The job role is a true junior trainee role offering the right candidate a unique opportunity to carve their own career.
As disclosures administrator you will primarily request and process responses from third parties (institutions and custodians) that are essential in the construction of our reports. You will need to be organised and maintain a database of all requests and responses received, save respective responses for use by the analyst and answer any ad hoc queries from the analysts.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the varying disclosures legislation that apply to our clients and will assist with ensuring that custodians and institutions comply with the applicable jurisdiction legislation. This will be taught in-house.
We would also like you to help in the daily office admin; including answering the phone, ordering stationary, preparing the meeting rooms.
Experience/Qualities the successful candidate will have:
· Organised/Excellent attention to detail in order to process and log all information correctly and efficiently to enable the analysts to complete their reports
· Confident phone manner, be persuasive in order to obtain the information in a timely manner
· Does not need to be degree qualified
· Self-motivated
· Strong team player with great interpersonal skills
