Job Title: Junior Account Manager
Location: West Malling
Salary: £22,000pa
When: ASAP
Working hours: 10:30am - 7:00pm

Our growing client is seeking a Junior Account manager to join there team of 5. Within this team of 5 there are 300 accounts to be maintained.

Duties:
Dealing with quotations, queries and complaints, logging them accordingly and providing regular feedback and updates to clients
Invoice data management
Problem solving surrounding delivery issues or any other client queries
Ensuring client information is maintained in our CS database

The ideal candidate will be flexible, hard working with the attitude to work hard. A good telephone manor is essential as is the ability to provide clear communication.
