Our Merstham based client is now looking to recruit a Japanese speaking data entry administrator to join their indexing team on an on-going , temporary basis .

We require applicants who are fluent in Japanese , written and reading, as they will be supporting on a new project from a client in Japan. This is essential and candidates who are not able to read/write in Japanese will not be considered.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

·  Indexing all incoming data files to ensure electronic submission is effective and efficient

·  Ensuring the accurate and timely inputting of company data into the various systems, mainly in Japanese

·  Scanning in documentation if required

·  Recording any discrepancies in the data and reporting to the on-site manager

·  Providing accurate information regarding KPI's to management when required

·  Other a dhoc administration tasks as and when required
