Clinical Administrator and Receptionist

Full-time

40 hrs per week plus some Saturday mornings. Shifts defined

JOB BRIEF:

The role is integral part of the Administration Team

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Centre opening and closing

*Receiving patients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them

appropriately

*Answering incoming calls

*Managing daily incoming emails

*Managing the doctors' clinic

*Patients' activity monitoring

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

*Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

*Microsoft Office knowledge

*Clear verbal and written communication

*Data Entry

*Providing Information/directions
