Immediate start, Temp ongoing role, could become permanent
Adecco are recruiting for a great client in Manchester City Centre who are going through a very busy period at the moment.
The role requires a customer focused candidate with good IT and tech knowledge to join the team supporting with client and internal colleague queries.
You will deliver phone and chat IT support to all users across the business and customers, providing excellent customer service and resolution.
To resolve incidents wherever possible at first point of contact within the agreed operational framework of policies and processes, minimising impact to the end user.
To effectively manage outstanding incidents, prioritising resources and escalating issues where necessary
Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role however great customer service and a willingness to learn will be considered.
The role will be Monday to Friday working
8:30 - 5pm and 9am - 5.30pm rotational working
Hybrid working pattern of in office and remote working (3 days in and 2 days remote)
The role is temp ongoing however there is always opportunity to become permanent and for promotion.
