Adecco Sheffield are currently recruiting for an experienced 1st line support for their client based in Calow, Chesterfield.

The role will include taking calls and e-mails in regards to computer and system problems and either resolving at 1st line or escalating the issue effectively to the correct 2nd line team.

You will have previous experience within a similar role as well as a great level of customer service.

You will experience a high level of calls at time's so the ability to respond rapidly and accurately is key.

The role offer's a very competitive rate of �9.31 per hour, working between the hours of 8am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
