Job description
Adecco Sheffield are currently recruiting for an experience 1st line support technician for their client based in Sheffield City Centre.
The role will include taking calls and e-mails in regards to computer and system problems and either resolving at 1st line or escalating the issue effectively to the correct 2nd line team.
You will have previous experience within a similar role as well as a great level of customer service.
You will experience a high level of calls at time's so the ability to respond rapidly and accurately is key.
The role offer's a very competitive rate of �10.66 per hour, working on a team timetable between the hours of 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday. The client also has a newly refurbished office located 5 minutes away from the heart of the city.
Guaranteed work until April 2017
