ASAP start, rolling temp contract
Adecco are recruiting for a great client in Manchester City Centre who are going through a very busy period at the moment due to an office move.
The role requires a customer focused candidate with good IT Helpdesk and tech knowledge to join the team supporting with client and internal colleague queries.
You will deliver phone and chat IT support to all users across the business and customers, providing excellent customer service and resolution.
To resolve incidents wherever possible at first point of contact within the agreed operational framework of policies and processes, minimising impact to the end user.
To effectively manage outstanding incidents, prioritising resources and escalating issues where necessary
Basic windows 7 windows 10 desktop knowledge would be an advantage as would experience with RDS/RDP. Any legal sector would be a positive.
The role will be Monday to Friday working
7am - 7pm rotational working
35 hours per week
Office based to start however there may be an option to move to hybrid working pattern of in office and remote working
The role is initially 4 weeks however this project may carry on longer.
