Duties

To assist and support where necessary to ensure all team daily KPIs are met or exceeded as per below and report to Manager where KPIs are not met:

·  Review of contract(s) from an IR35 perspective and deliver feedback, advice and outcome.

·  Review IR35 assignment questionnaires and provide advice on IR35 status.

·  Review IR35 agency role review questionnaires and provide advice on IR35 status.

·  Assist with the on-boarding of new agencies and clients onto the portal workflow and configure their profiles according to their requirements.

·  Send IR35 outcomes to agencies, clients and contractors as per the profile.

·  Liaise and update agencies, clients and contractors in respect of the progress of IR35 assignments and/or role reviews.

·  Read case law concerning IR35 and be an expert in IR35.

·  Understand MSC legislation and its implications when giving IR35 advice.

·  Understand our IR35 insurance package(s) (when finalised) and be able to answer questions and queries from agencies (or other third parties) where applicable.

·  To assist and support where necessary with the following:

·  Train and support other members of the team wherever necessary and help to ensure the team KPIs are met.

·  Deliver weekly KPIs where requested.

·  Assist in process and system development where necessary.

·  Assist in ensuring specific compliance processes are mapped out and are efficient.
