Internal Sales Advisor

Adecco have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor in Peterborough to join a successful global industrial distributor, who value their staff and offer great benefits such as pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.

Salary : Negotiable + Quarterly and annual bonus scheme

Location : Peterborough

Hours : Monday - Friday ( 40 hours per week)

Job Description:

As an Internal Sales Advisor you will You will proactively build strong relationships with our customers and deliver high levels of customer service.

·  Respond to enquiries from customers, providing quotations and processing orders

·  Proactively contact potential customers to build relationships and develop sales opportunities

·  Identify product requirements, ordering and sourcing as required

·  Accurately update and maintain our internal CRM systems

·  Consistently deliver high levels of customer service to customers

It would be great to see candidates with:

·  Previous experience within Sales

·  Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills

·  Building rapport and maintaining and maximising customer relationships

·  First class customer service skills and a proactive, helpful approach is essential

·  Sales and commercial

·  Strong people skills, with the ability to easily develop business customer relationships

·  Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable

·  Comfortable using internal IT systems
