Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Eastbourne.

Our client who is a market leader within the Electrical Retail industry is looking for a Internal Sales Person to join their team on a permanent basis starting immediately and paying up to £20,000.

As the Internal Sales Person you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers

Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Following up existing enquiries from customers, providing quotations & processing orders
* You will be responsible for proactively building new customer relationships & develop sales opportunities

·  You would need to recognise product requirements, ordering & sourcing as required
* Meticulously updating and managing our internal CRM systems
* Provide the highest possible levels of both service quality for our Customers, and performance for the Company

The ideal candidate:
*You would need to have some previous knowledge of electrical products, this would be highly desirable. Nonetheless applicants with previous experience within the industrial supplies environment would be considered
*High standard of customer service skills and enthusiastic, having a helpful approach is necessary
*Previous sales experience and used to dealing with KPI's

*You must be able to have a set of strong people skills, with the ability to easily develop business customer relationships
*Imperative to be comfortable with communication skills both written and verbal
* Have ease using internal it systems
