An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join my client - a global organisation and world recognised construction brand. Role is full time, based in Southam.

Role and Responsibilities
To receive and process customer enquiries, quotations and orders via telephone or email using the company's software and processes. Liaise with our transport, procurement and operations departments to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered to our client's expectations, which are often at short notice. No cold calling! For a dedicated individual this is an excellent opportunity with a global organisation and world recognised construction brand.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education to GCSE standard or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Essential Skills
Good understand of an internal sales office. Confident communication skills in person and by telephone. Excellent administration, attention to detail and time management. Versatile, fully IT literate and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills
Good understanding of a steel based industry, civil engineering or construction.
