£20,000-£25,000 + Uncapped Profit Share
Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM (4:30PM finish every Friday)

Company & Role

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who is one of the largest distributers into the healthcare industry and undergoing lots of exciting changes and subsequently looking to grow the team this year and beyond!

They are currently looking to add an Internal Sales Administrator to the already established team, the customer base ranges from SME's to larger national businesses, Full product training will be provided.

Purpose

Working collaboratively as part of the small but growing internal sales team to help generate additional orders by providing administrative support to internal/external customers.

Job Duties

-Contacting new/existing customer who need support or assistance (i.e. Quotes, new products)
-General sales administration tasks such as raising quotes, invoices, purchase orders, setting up customer accounts ect...
-Answering the phone/emails accordingly and identifying what the customer needs assistance with.
-Providing accurate costing's for products/bundles.
-Able to help clients with best advice and technical support (Full Product training provided)
-Sending out samples and following up accordingly.
-Ordering stock according to current levels and future forecasted sales.
-Assisting with tender documents.
-Ensuring compliance procedures are fulfilled and the company meets its regulatory obligations.
-Assisting other members of the team during busy periods.

What we are looking

-Previous experience within a sales administration role.
-Previous experience/knowledge of the medical industry is highly desirable but not necessarily required!
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages + CRM Systems.
-Flexible attitude towards work & happy to help with ad-hoc tasks.
-Professional attitude towards work as you will be representing the business.
