We are currently recruiting for a Resourcer to join an exciting recruitment business in Basingstoke. The main role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to source, interview and manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring excellent service delivery to their clients.
Key duties and responsibilities:
· Sourcing candidates using company database as well as 3rd party databases
· Effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process ensuring excellent communication at all times
· Conduct candidate telephone interviews and screen potential candidates against client requirements
· Completing candidate identification checks and verifying right to work documents
· Extensive telephone liaison with both candidates and clients
· Maintaining candidate and client confidentiality at all times
· Able to multi-task and manage own time to meet given targets and timelines
· Work as a co-operative member of the team
· Accurate administration skills and a keen eye for detail
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· A technical/ engineering background would be advantageous
